Cancelation and Reschedule Policy

Reschedule policy

In the event that you find yourself unable to make it to your scheduled session, we kindly request a minimum of 2 weeks' advance notice. This ensures that you won't incur a cancellation fee of $100.

As a small, family-owned business, our portrait session slots are limited. Your cooperation in providing us with a 2-week notice period enables us to potentially fill that time with another booking. Otherwise, we regretfully lose the opportunity. Your understanding and consideration are greatly appreciated.


 

Rescheduling due to an emergency/illness

We understand that unforeseen situations like children falling ill or emergencies can arise. In such cases, we're committed to collaborating with you to identify an alternative date that suits your schedule. Should you need to reschedule due to illness or emergencies, your initial confirmation fee will be transferred to the newly selected date.

It's important to keep in mind: If additional rescheduling is necessary, a fresh confirmation fee will be required.

What happens if I need to cancel?

Should you decide to cancel your session within three days of reserving the date and submitting the $100 confirmation fee, you will be eligible for a complete refund of the confirmation fee. Following this period, any cancellations will result in forfeiture of the confirmation fee, which will be transformed into studio credit. This credit will remain valid for one year and can be utilised for artwork purchases within our studio.


 

Terms and Conditions:

 

  1. To secure your chosen date and time for the portrait session, a confirmation fee is required.

  2. Our Studio's confirmation fee is fully refundable if you cancel the session within the initial 72 hours of payment. However, please note that when participating in charitable fundraising projects, the $100 participation fee dedicated to charity remains nonrefundable without exception.

  3. Should you choose to cancel the portrait session beyond the 72-hour window, the confirmation fee becomes nonrefundable and is converted into a studio credit, valid for one year.

  4. In the event that you provide a minimum of 14 days' advance notice to reschedule by contacting 0415183153, your confirmation fee will be seamlessly transferred to secure a new date for one rescheduling instance. While we will make every effort to accommodate your preferences, please be aware that weekends tend to be heavily booked in advance, often leading to the availability of alternative session dates mainly on weekdays. Placement on a waiting list may be necessary.

  5. Rebooking multiple times without an additional non-refundable confirmation fee is currently not available. However, any supplementary confirmation fees, although non-refundable, can be fully applied toward your order.
